Excellent meal. You cook your own steak on a sizzling hot black stone just the way you want it. They provided us with an herb butter to cook with and a garlic butter sauce for dipping. So delicious. Ambiance was lovely and my spare ribs combos was well marinated, was very tasty and I had the chance to cook it the way I wanted . Black rock you rock!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I came here for the lions/bucks game on 1/21/24. Sat at the bar and enjoyed the game. While I’ve been here before, I felt compelled to say how delicious their food is. Always tastes fresh and looks great. The service is a great and I always enjoy myself. Be sure to explore the menu (even the salads at this steak house are delicious). If I HAD to find fault, I would enjoy the restaurant to be a little warmer. Also, the TVs at the bar are starting to get bleached from the sun. Maybe have some blinds bc it’s very bright from the parking lot’s reflection of the snow. Overall, look forward to coming back. Recently, I enjoyed a nice dinner with family at this black rock location and I have never felt more at home in a restaurant. The food was just delicious, the service was unbeatable and I left very full and very satisfied! The manager, John checked with us multiple times and we had great conversations. Along with our lovely serve alex who was just a peach! I highly recommend this location not just based on the delicious food but the service. It was truly wonderful and we will be heading back soon! Great Place for steaks You must cook your own steak on a hot rock! I got the new york steak 9oz with onion rings very good flavor. they have really big tables to accomodate big partys. the floor can be sliperry because of all the steam and grease in the air so keep your kids safe. Intrigued by the concept but the rock grill options are overpriced for lunch. Instead, I chose their stir fry bowl, which looked nice, and the taste profile wasn't bad if it wasn't drowned in sauce. I sat at the bar, and the bartender was very nice. The rest of the staff seemed disengaged, bored, and either on their phones or chatting with other team members. This place was like stepping back in a time capsule to the '90s. Everything in there was old. Looks like a relic. The staff was very nice and the spinach artichoke dip was everything. However, my supposed ribeye steak was clearly spoiled and had been not properly taken care of and tasted horrible. I felt bad because someone took me out and I don't want to look like I was complaining and I thought it was me from the dip my taste buds. However, when I got home and allowed someone to taste it, they too said that it wasn't any good and I'm still questioning if that was even a ribeye. I think it was another cut of meat but the experience was cool cooking on the rock but I would not recommend this location. Had a unique experience! We went for lunch and were they only ones in the restaurant. This is a more spacious setting. Service was very nice. The chicken meal was very nice, tender and delicious. The steak was amazing to say the least, a lot of fun to cook it to my liking on the stone. It was tender and delicious. Shrimp were fun to cook on the rock, tasty all the way. Then an additional surprise was the Birthday Cake! There were only two of us and we did our best. It could easily satisfy 4-5 people. Check it out highly recommend! Service Dine in

Have been here several times before (all good experiences) but not too recently and thought to give it another stop with consideration for making a review this time. We ordered the pretzel and cheese appetizer, and the Delicious Duo of steak and shrimp. Our server, Lacey, was attentive and very friendly, though you could tell that the staff was pretty busy and sometimes slow to respond - won't ding a star for that. This was a bad dining experience overall. The table wasn’t cleaned when we got sat, it was sticky and had left over food on it. There was hair in our food. The service was slow, and it was like five o’clock and only a few tables were occupied. The food took over thirty minutes to come out. The bathrooms were a mess. And lastly they had Fox News on the tv’s. I don’t understand why a restaurant would have politically slanted stations and not just put on sports or something, but it soured my experience.
