I do Sunday breakfasts with my little one early in the morning on the way home from work. Our orders vary between lunch and breakfast depending on my 4 year old's mood, and this black bear doesn't disappoint! Great service and prompt staff, as well! Very nice to see people who are having a good time and enjoying their jobs . I have eaten probably 20 times here while working in area . Each time has been a good experience. Don't go to black bear diner tonight! We were there for almost 2 hours!! Our food was cold! The service was absolutely horrible!!! It was also our sons birthday! He kept asking the server if she could bring him dessert and sing to him. He was SOOO excited! What did she do??! Completely ignore him!!!!! We will never be going back!!! This is my most favorite place to eat, and it means a lot coming from me because I am such a picky eater. But you get what you paid for and you won't be leaving the place still hungry and won't be feeling empty at all of any level. The serving are usually enough for you to eat lunch and have leftovers for dinner. They have a great Big foot chicken fried steak.
