Came in to watch the Super Bowl with some friends and coworkers. In the 4 hours I was sitting at the bar, I saw the server 3 maybe 4 times. On more than one occasion we had to get water or drinks directly from the bar. Of the food we managed to order after over an hour, we only got half of the wings we ordered. Of those wings, half of them were cold to the touch!? I also tried flagging down the server for almost 45 minutes to order dessert only to be told that the kitchen was closed when he finally came over(after he watched the entire 4th quarter and overtime from the host stand)
I am usually a very easy going and lenient person, being I work in and own a restaurant myself. But after tonight’s experience, you couldn’t pay me to come back or recommend this restaurant to anyone. Just disappointing

We dined at the BJ’s location in Vienna last night for dinner. We had such a wonderful experience. Our server Markia was great and very knowledgeable. She helped us make decisions on what we wanted to eat. The food was spectacular. I recommend trying the Prime Rib. It was the best I’ve ever had. The manager, Susan stopped by our table to make sure everything was perfect. I can’t say enough great things about this place. We will be back soon. Great food with great service. It just can’t be beat.

I ate here on Tuesday night for the first time; my bf and I stopped by for the $5 pizookie deal and decided to stay for dinner. I got the ahi tuna salad which I was very impressed with ($21 is ALOT for a salad… but there was a fair amount of tuna and the salad itself was huge) and I would definitely get it again. Just be aware: those dollops are wasabi! My bf got the wings and said they were fine, not bad and not great, just normal wings. What made our experience at BJs so nice was our server, Brooke. She was kind and knowledgeable about the menu, but even more than that she stepped above and beyond to provide great service. She notified us and apologized two different times when the kitchen was running behind, and even gave me a heads up that the Halloween pizookie wouldn’t have the orange ice cream as advertised. While I was disappointed (that was our sole purpose for going that night), I greatly appreciated her telling me before I ordered the dessert and for making sure to check up on us multiple times when she felt we may have been waiting longer than normal for our food. Terrible experience during lunch.
Service was very slow, lettuce was watery and smelly. Egg roll was really soggy and oily. Deep dish ziti was most okay out of everything. I would try to avoid this location.

BJs is usually a good option. Little bit pricey but during lunch and happy hour it’s a better value. Parking here can be a challenge during busy hours but, it’s doable. Overall pretty good!
