I just went last Sunday, Feb '24, the service was good, the food was wonderful, but the housekeeping was terrible, but doesn't reflect the franchise quality, the blinds were dirty and you could see dead flies on the window seal ( at least they were dead) by the hostess station, there was trash on the floor and floor was sticky, I didn't check the bathroom because I was afraid to get grossed out. Had dinner with my family on Saturday, found a hair in my moms dinner, let the staff know, manager said he would take care of it for us and take it off our bill, they still tried to charge for a remake, ended up bringing us a new plate at no charge instead after multiple times of speaking with the manager funny thing is that the “remade” plate didn’t have the hair on the steak, it had it on the mashed potatoes just like the original plate she was served. Cochinos. Stopped by for takeout and needed to use the restroom to change my baby. Had to wait quite some time for the only stall with the changing table. (I could hear the person watching videos on their phone so I knew it would be awhile.) an employee walked out of the stall, what really grossed me out is that the employee put her apron back on while still in the stall.. absolutely disgusting that the apron was brought into the restroom, let alone that it was handled pre hand wash. I hope she’s not one of the servers that carries around straws in her apron. The thought of it really grossed me out and had me questioning the cleanliness of the entire place. I’d also recommend letting staff know that if they’re gonna sit on their phones in the bathroom, please don’t use the only stall with a changing table.
