We are frequent customers. To the point of visiting this establishment multiple times a week. I gotta say today was the worst experience yet. Ordered multiple drinks and went to pay with a $50 bill. Was told they couldn't take it because they didn't have the marker to make sure the bill was real. I said you're kidding right. The young lady said if you don't like it take it up with the owner.. very disappointed in this. You need to do better. Post a sign saying you don't take large bills. Or equip your employees with the tools to do their job. Service: 1

I have had the most excellent service with a smile from all my stops to get coffee on my way into work. They really are so friendly and kind. Highly recommended for coffee and smiles!! My first time in and I loved it! I have to wait to get my nails done across the parking lot and decided to come in here to wait and Amber and her crew were absolutely amazing, thank you guys so much for the great customer service!

If I could leave a zero stars as they earned it. Ordered coffee online from the order online tab on their Google page. Trying to make it more efficient so it was ready when I got there. The link drove the order through doordash. After 40 minutes they still haven't started my order. I went inside. The lady at the counter said that oh it's DoorDash. We haven't started any of our door dash orders. I waited another 20 minutes and approach the counter. She said that they still hadn't started any of the orders. You know I watch several customers come and go ordering coffee and their orders being filled and getting their coffee. I explained I'm not a doordash worker. I simply just placed my order from the online link and my son and I have been waiting an hour for our coffee to be made. Meanwhile, you're making coffee for people that ordered an hour after me. She said again that they Have you even got to their doordash orders and I was down on that list so it was going to be a while. Absolutely ridiculous. I get waiting for coffee if they're busy if I'm waiting over an hour because they refuse to start my order and take care of people ahead of me. I've got a problem with that. Such a waste of time and disappointment. Order she should be completed in the order they were received. Since she refused to make my order and kept taking and making new customers orders I had to cancel My order and go to Starbucks

Home! You were our last coffee stop after an 8,000 mile trip to West coast. Washington to California. And still our 4 legged manager wonders at every stop… he’s coming back isn’t he? Delicious fresh and perfectly hot. Thank you for the welcoming home brew. Service Take out Price per person $1–10

Delicious!!! This was my first time here after passing so many of these on my trip. I finally had to stop. I got a large butter bear - butterscotch and caramel. Yummm. I can never find butterscotch drinks. It could have been butterscotchier, but can't everything? It was pretty pricey too - 12 dollars for 2 drinks, but you can't put a price on love. :)

I go to lots of Biggbys, and this one checks all the boxes: friendly staff, open space, variety of seating (tables, counter stools, comfy chairs), gorgeous fireplace. The flatscreen was also large and ON. Standard quality coffee for the chain.

The two Biggby coffee shops we have in Traverse City, this one is my favorite. More times then not my coffee stays pretty consistent. The rewards are a good insensitive to keep coming back. I have order over the phone before and it was ready and hot when I got there.
