This five star review was earned by Coffey (the employee, not the drink.) It’s rare these days to find someone positive and ready to help who truly seems like they enjoy their job but Miss. Coffey made our experience great. It was a plus that the love potion, Cookie Monster, and Rocky road were delicious too! Stood there 22 minutes to be literally ignored. I worked customer service 22 years and so I was willing to be patient, but to be completely ignored for more than 20 minutes with only 4 customers total was a complete failure. It looked like there was only 2 ppl in the store all together which screams not only failure on mngmt, but also a severe security issue. Meal type Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My husband and I were out on date night an went to Baskin Robbins. Last night. We have both been deathly sick all night. Food poisoning is the worst

Great stop on our road trip! The ladies working were nice and helpful. Delish choices but many were sold out. Clean and updated inside. Good parking. Great ice cream cake options available too. Downside, they were out of hot fudge and full sized spoons and some flavor tags were missing.

First time even trying this place and what ice cream place doesn't have topings for sundays... first and last time I will ever go there. Once was informed they had no toppings I turned around and walked out. And not even gonna go into how disgusting the placed looked. Food on floor and tables. Honestly this place serves no purpose in the community. Bring us a dairy queen. But until then sonic will get my business.

***BEWARE*** Don't waste your time with this dirty, nasty place. It should be closed down by the health department. They're out of most everything. What they do have is old dried up nasty stuff that should be thrown in the trash. The employee even said it wasn't worth eating. It was nasty. We won't ever darken your doorstep again at this place. You should do yourself a favor and just close the doors so people don't come out of their way to be disappointed.

Y'all just need to close this place down. No bananas, no syrup toppings, no labels on which ice cream is which and staff doesn't know either. No cones, no this, no that. I'm sorry, but somebody needs to learn to order supplies. And you need to teach your staff to have a manager go to the grocery store and get bananas, for gosh sakes. And don't feed me the COVID bs line. All the other Baskin Robbins are stocked well. Oh, but let me guess, the mgmt doesn't even care. Look at the one and only picnic table on premesis. This is just pitiful. I'll never step foot back in this place again.

There was some note scrawled in crayon taped to the side of the building that claimed drive thru only lobby closed, and when we tried the drive thru, they couldn't provide the ice-cream flavors due to it "all bring listed inside" We just decided to leave. So disappointing.
