Come here for a drink after a long walk around Folk Music Center. Taste good bacon, tuna tartare and fillet steaks to form your opinion about this bar. First time to go to this area and love it. This restaurant is perfect with very nice patio seating with lots of heat lamps. It’s December Sunday afternoon 1:30pm. Our party of 4 were seated right away. Menu were not big but still plenty to choose from. We had chicken burger, cheese burger and two salads. We shared our food and all dishes are excellent. We love seeing people walking on the street. We like the school campuses near by. We like the street performance. We were able to find street parking one block away. It was a fun place for girls to spend an enjoyable our Sunday brunch together. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Well, don’t believe the reviews - this place is NOT worth the money. Ambience: Do you want to recreate the experience of sitting next to a kitchen (with associated fish odors) while also having LED bright white light to highlight the fact that your table is missing any sort of accoutrements that indicates it’s a high quality establishment? This is your place! I should have asked to be moved but everyone looked cold outside. Food: Ordered the burrata appetizer which was fine, you can’t mess that up. I ordered the duck tacos which were small (only had two tacos) but flavor was good. My companion ordered the tomato bisque, which tasted like an elevated pasta sauce, and the blackened cod which tasted fishy. A manager (? Not sure, didn’t identify herself) asked us how the food was and when we complained about the fish, nothing was offered beyond an “ok”. Total check for that plus two glasses of wine was $118. Had the goat cheese salad and french onion soup. Salad was all dressing, all apples. Soup was not great. Couldnt finish but the people working were really nice. Food: 1 Service: 5

Staff are very friendly. We didn’t like the table seating offered to us and asked to be seated elsewhere—without much delay and fuss we were given a table on the patio outside the bar. Food was good. Appetizer portions are like small plates but, main meals are healthy and filling. Menu is varied with a taste for everyone.
