A Nightmare Experience: Unacceptable Assault and Appalling Management Response I recently had the misfortune of visiting De Praam Aalsmeer, and what started as a casual late afternoon drink with my family turned into an appalling and traumatizing experience. The incident that unfolded has left me deeply disturbed and compelled to share my horrifying encounter. As a petite female, I never expected to be subjected to physical assault in a supposedly safe and public space. However, the security guards at De Praam, shattered any illusions of security I had. In a shocking display of aggression, he manhandled me in a highly inappropriate manner, violating personal boundaries in a way that no woman should ever have to endure. The location of the assault, a sensitive area that is absolutely off-limits, highlights the utter disregard for basic decency and respect by the establishment's staff. The pain and bruise I was left with for several days serve as a painful reminder of the trauma inflicted upon me in what should have been a carefree evening. Seeking redress, my family and I approached the staff to speak with management to address this horrific incident. To our disbelief, we were met with callous indifference. Instead of showing concern for the well-being of a patron who had just suffered a distressing assault, the management callously informed us that we were not welcome. The blatant disregard for customer safety, coupled with the refusal to address the issue responsibly, paints a damning picture of De Praam. No individual should have to fear for their physical safety while enjoying a drink with loved ones. The reprehensible actions of the bouncer and the heartless response from the management have left me appalled and utterly disappointed. I strongly caution anyone considering a visit to De Praam to think twice. The lack of security and empathy displayed by both the bouncer and the management is not only unacceptable but also poses a serious threat to the well-being of patrons. My experience at De Praam was nothing short of a nightmare, and I implore others to prioritise their safety and choose establishments that prioritise customer well-being over callous indifference. Disgusting place! Security on the front door racketeers guests (non-Dutch citizens). When we try to enter next time, after when we refused to pay racket, they were rude and didn't allowed us to enter. Friendly recommendation, avoid this place! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Bouncers are heavy handed with the ladies and touch inappropriately. My tiny beautiful niece was manhandled by the security when she was trying to leave. When my family requested to speak to management they told them they had to leave and that they were out of control and not welcome. They were leaving, how can you not be welcome when you are leaving??? What was really happening was that they did not like that they confronted them for what they did. Abusive and disgusting.
