Service was impeccable. Ryan is arguably the best server we have had. His personality was off the charts and he handled our 6 person party perfectly, and the excessive amount of to go boxes we needed. Ryan should be commended and we would return because of him. My wife Nicole and had a wonderful dinner on New Years Eve, which also happens to be our Anniversary. I did note when making the reservation it was an anniversary, but made no special request. Our server was Paige and although they were quite busy she was very attentive and helpful in our selections. We had a great meal and when our dessert arrived to our surprise the plate with was emblazoned with Happy Anniversary in perfect script made out of caramel, which is my favorite. In addition, the other staff really seemed to be on the ball checking in on use and clearing plates as we finished them, all with a kind word. Bravo to Banks, as we always make the Riverfront on our Anniversary and now we shall add Banks to the itinerary. Well done and thanks. Beautiful large restaurant. Everyone enjoyed what they had, however portions were somewhat small. My husband ended up ordering a second entree to feel satisfied. Food was tasty. Drinks were also very good. I rated the service fair because on my most recent visit we waited an unusually long time for a server. The manager ended up apologizing for the mistake. I would return here. Service: 3
