Surprisingly good for breakfast lunch and dinner. The owners clearly ate travelled and food presentation is excellent. A bit slow on table service depending on who you get. Salmon soup amazing as are the omelettes and beef souvlaki style meals. Portions are large. Wine selections too. Mixed salad with spinach and arugula. Thank god! After receiving numerous recommendations from both locals and travelers, we decided to dine at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the service was subpar, with slow and insufficient staffing. The quality of the food was inconsistent; I ordered a club sandwich with smoked chicken & salad, but my sandwich was missing the meat. It took an additional 20 minutes for them to remake it properly. Staff is too arrogant, except few, very bad management. They don't clean the table, you have to ask for that.The glasses are often with stains. Street cats and dogs throughout the whole area, including inside of the restaurant. The food is very good. I must say the food in Aurum is one of the best and most delicious I have ever had. Everything was super yummy and tasteful and the way it was served was pretty nice. The interior is quite nice and spacious. Service can be improved! They are not very well coordinated and the communication is very poor. 5 stars are for the amazing quality of the food! Will definitely come back!

Aurum is one of the rare places around with unique dishes. The food is delicious and contemporary, unlike the regular grill places. It is a spacious restaurant, with a closed terrace for smoking and non smoking part inside. They serve all kinds of drinks as well and there is a bar where you can sit for just coffee. Prices are a bit higher but still reasonable and the quantity matches the quality of the food. Highly recommended. A highly recommended modern restaurant in Bitola. Very good atmosphere and great service. All the dishes we tasted were delicious and with good quality ingredients. The presentation of food was very well cared. Especially we enjoyed the beefsteak with mushrooms and pepper. It was perfectly cooked and tasty.

One of the worst culinary experience in my life. The chef (????) is even not making his job on trainee level: cold, hard, dry meat and not properly made side dishes, and they were also cold or probably made some hours before served. Dishes were also not presented according the photos in the menu. Panna cotta was a shame, like beton and with old sovietic decor. How can owners and restaurant manager not seeing that this cook can ruin your nice place very soon...
