If you ask for a cappuccino you get a cup of black coffee with foam! If you ask for a latte, you get a cup of black coffee... I have only had hot chai and a dark roast. Both were exceptional! Price seems to be about average for a coffee shop if not slightly lower than average. Pretty good speed even with long lines.
