I went through the drive thru and bought 2 fish sandwiches, 2 roast beef sandwiches, a curly fry, 4 pc nugget, and mac/cheese bites. The food was NOT hot or fresh!! The nuggets were dried up and hard as rocks. The sandwiches and fries weren’t even warm, and the mac/cheese bites were cold and burnt. When I called the restaurant after getting home, the young woman was not very understanding of why I was upset. Food is only supposed to be held for a specific period before it’s discarded at restaurants. It cannot be sold after that. I feel like we paid for food that should’ve been garbage. I was told that I had to bring the food back tomorrow to get a refund, which I didn’t ask for. I only asked to be given what I paid for…fresh and edible food. After reading some of these other reviews, I’ll probably never go to this location again. How sad when restaurants treat customers like this. UPDATE 2/13/2024 Haven't been back since the last time when a druggie was hanging out the drive thru window screaming at me... Decided to give them another chance because I was hungry for arby's. HUGE mistake! I ordered on the app thinking it would make things easier for them. Pulled up to the speaker and let them know that I had an online order to pick up and was told that I had to come inside to pick it up!!! Absolutely unbelievable! Several things are now painfully obvious... 1. The owner has no clue and isn't fixing the issues. 2. The hate customers 3. The customer is always WRONG 4. They haven't fixed the problem so it's now obvious that they aren't going to! Save them the trouble and go to a different location. I literally had to call corporate to cancel that order and order from the monaca store. Go to another location! I must have rocks in my head because I keep giving them another chance. RUDE employees. Corporate really needs to take a look at this location. They must have a bunch of criminals ruining the place. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited 20 mins for Mac and cheese bites & they made me and 3 other people pull over to wait for our food when no one was in line. Food is always dry and cold. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
