I go by this place frequently on the New River trail, and since today featured record temperatures, I stopped in for a cold drink, and the orange cream shake hit the spot. I always ring the bell on the way out. I stopped by today and got a large powerade because electrolytes are important when hiking on hot days. Always friendly staff that welcomes me back. Lately I've been here once or twice a week. Today when I came in it was really busy. I ordered a classic beef&cheddar and large curly fries. Service was prompt and friendly. Order came out pretty quick and was hot and fresh. Dining room was clean. Only complaint... the ketchup dispenser was unavailable... had to use packets... Food was terrible. The bread was hard and dried out and cold the french roast beef with Swiss was nasty. The meat was dried out and cold and they did not give me any aus just to dip it in. The service was a joke. 1 guy in front and 1 in back. The counter service person did not know the menu or what they serve I had to explain to him...Really?? Then seemed like he was out in outer space not baked just out to lunch.... Don't waste your time or money here. There are better Arby's this one blows. Food was mediocre at best, especially for the price paid. Drive-thru was extremely slow. I waited in line for close to 20 minutes prior to my order being taken.
