We ordered the chasiu ramen and the clam ramen. Both came out hot and delicious. The clam ramen was less heavy (fatty) than the pork ramen but still tasted amazing! I loved how many clams they put in one bowl. We also ordered a dragon roll and it was good as well. Loved the spicy gyoza soup! The space is cool and I'd be happy to hang out at the bar to enjoy sushi and watch a game. The mural on the wall is joyful. Service was great. Prices are a little high but food is delicious Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sushi was excellent but a bit overpriced. Service was decent, glad to see comraderie between staff. However for the money spent, I couldn't shake the feeling that I'd been ripped off. Disappointed with the service here. Ordered a bunch of stuff and a tempura udon. I noticed the sweet potato tempura wasn’t cooked so told the server and he took it back, then brought us 1 new one. Then, I noticed the broccoli tempura batter was not cooked all the way, told the server and he brought 1 new one back. That new broccoli though wasn’t cooked thoroughly AGAIN (pic) and I notified the server but told him we didn’t want another one. He brought out 3 broccoli tempura this time. This is my favorite place, where the most delicious rolls and sushi are prepared. The service is always fast and the food is fresh. Never had a bad meal when I came to Amakara restaurant. Last time I ordered the tempura ice cream dessert and it was perfect. The portion was large, one was enough for two of us. Parking is available across the street from Amacar.
