The food was good, I loved the seasoning on my chicken mishwi, and my wife ordered the same but with beef kaftka as well, both on rice with vermicelli. Lots of leftovers, and the bill was surprisingly low for two full entrees with homemade hummus and extra pita bread. Neither of us were really a fan of the cold Lebanese salata (basically a salad with cucumbers, onion, tomato, and a garlicky lemon sauce), but it did look very pretty on the plate. The restaurant was sort of small but very clean, and we were seated between two groups of loud teenagers so we couldn't really hear each other talk, but we can't fault the restaurant for that honestly. The folks eating in there ranged by age so it was just an unlucky draw really. Our server oddly enough was also the host/hostess, she did come and give us refills, but it took a while to get the check (and to order some extra take-home hummus), but they may have been short staffed for the evening which is common for honestly most places these days. She was friendly. We enjoyed the food and the price was very reasonable, I'm sure we will be back, might just get it for takeout though next time. Staff is friendly, food is consistently wonderful and unique. I am so glad Aladdin’s is in Hudson! Make sure to try their hot sauce. It’s not overpoweringly hot and the flavor is exquisite.
