Food and service were great. For some reason (almost) all TVs were set to an infomercial channel. We nearly went insane involuntarily learning about such amazing products as the H2O H2 Mop steam cleaner and NueroQ brain supplement. I can't imagine why the 99 management think looping infomercials is a good choice for the ambiance of the restaurant? They must get paid for this, right? Whatever they're getting paid it's not enough to compensate for the impairment to the experience. If true, it's a little gross to sell your customers' attention at a restaurant. Went here Tuesday at about 6:30 PM for dinner after what may have been the longest day of my entirely life. Just wanted to grab some food. It was just me. I saw sat, waiting for about 10 minutes and nobody came by to give me water or take my order. Waited another 5 and left. Buffalo Wild Wings up the way sat and served me immediately. 99s was not crowded. So I recommend going to Buffalo Wild Wings over this place anytime. Ask for Ashley she is the best, the people who work there are friendly and professional service. The fish taco was wonderful, the burger with cheese, tomato, lettuce, pickles. Don't forget the fries. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered a fajita salad 1/26/2024 when we got it home parts of the lettuce was wilted. The white parts of the lettuce were red (granted not harmless but unappealing). The tomatoes were mushy.
