Very honest review. I went here several times because it is so close to our new home, but service is so up and down that I haven't been back. I also made this decision after I got charged for a meal that I didn't order and didnt eat! I order the same plateevery timee, a spicy penne that has no meat. My plate comes out with chicken and a completely different color. I ask the waitress who has been working there for a long time and knows the menu well for her to turn around and lie to me when asked. She knew it wasn't and raced back to the kitchen. I tried a bite of it, and it was literally the most disgusting and goopy soup of cheese, pasta, and "Buffalo Chicken." She returned, and I said I can't eat this, and she offered to make a new dish, but my kids were already done eating and honestly my stomach was turning already from the one bite. Issue is and was that I was charged for a plate I didn't order, eat, and that was also a few dollars more expensive. Money is not the issue, I paid for it even though I shouldn't have. Also, for the idiot who drives the Zinos Jeep around for what I'm assuming is for deliveries- the residential speed limit is 25 and not 50 or 60. Next time, I will stop you because you will not be driving down my street like that where my kids could be out playing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
