The space is so gorgeous and chill. The girl working was kind and helping answer questions for everyone. The Black Sugar Milk Tea with boba is sooo good! It doesn’t taste artificial like a lot of boba drinks elsewhere. Definitely recommend!! My husband and I live roughly 2 hours away so when we come to Des Moines we make sure to stop here and get a bunch of drinks! The black sugar milk tea is my favorite and the fruit teas have real fruit in it instead of just using syrups! My fruit tea is even good the day even though the ice melts by then! I never write reviews for places, but I got the crème brûlée milk tea and it’s so delicious I had to change that. My boyfriend isn’t a fan of boba and got one of the planet / galaxy series drinks with lemonade and loves it! Very good!! Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

Went here for my first time for an event and the cafe is amazing! The matcha boba tea I ordered was really good and boba had a great texture. The staff were all super friendly and the cafe was very clean and very cute. The range of items offered is very good for a tea shop! I have been to ones in Chicago and the suburbs and this cafe has better tasting drinks. We are lucky to have such a great cafe in Iowa! My spouse and I have been coming here almost weekly. The tea is some of the best in Iowa and I really appreciate that they have dairy free options that aren't just fruit tea. Only thing I wish for is a warm tea option, which doesn't seem to exist in the Des Moines metro area. What really stands out is the atmosphere. They put a lot of care into this place and it shows. West Des Moines needed a good bubble tea shop and Zenko delivers! I was so happy to see that they were opening a second location over here. I love the inside of this shop, it’s so cute. As far as I am concerned, Zenko is 100 out of 10, the best boba in town! Super fun spot with games, lovely energy, and lots of plants. They have k-pop events and overall just a great vibe and great boba. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
