This was a great place when it opened. Over the years the quality and quantity of the food has gone way down. The Cuban has hardly any meat and all I got for all of the pickles was the cut off ends that should be trash. The potatoes used to be the very best ever with onions and garlic. Now just barely cooked chunks with NO FLAVOR! Never will get another penny of my money. Greedy owners are so short-sided

Good service and environment but the food it’s horrible. I had a Cuban sandwich last time and it was so greasy I couldn’t even eat a bite and my boyfriend ordered the worst ropa vieja ever. The pastries taste like they have 3 days baked.

The food used to be delicious, good price. unfortunately today the food was salty, the amount of salad they put for my pan con bistec was ridiculous, it’s better not to put any. The ropa vieja more rice and very little amount of meat. Disappointed the price for each dish is expensive for the quality and amount of food. The coffee as usual delicious, can’t complain.

What is with the canned response from the owner????
"We are sorry to hear that this was your experience and will work hard to earn 5-stars on your next order."
This is one of the reasons for my review.
If the food , service or appearance of the place is that bad, a personal response should be needed.
I have been coming to this location for years.
About a year ago, they removed the fresh brewed tea dispensers. I know why too. They never cleaned them. I found mold in my cup from the filthy dispensers. Unfortunately, I had drank almost all of it before noticing it. I got sick from it.
I have had a couple meals from there where I had gotten sick from also.
The last time was yesterday. Me and my wife had breakfast there. I mixed my over easy eggs, potatoes, and ham slices together because that's how I eat them. After a couple of bites, I tasted something off. It tasted rotten. I tried to pinpoint what it was and narrowed it down to the ham. I stopped eating it after that. My wife couldn't finish hers, so I ate the rest of hers.
The most odd thing though was how empty the place was. I have never seen it so slow there.
I am sorry to say, this will have been our last time we will come here.

Food is okay but very pricey… the place it self is clean sometimes the tables & the floor feel sticky. The bathrooms are mostly clean. Service depends who’s working, cashiers are mostly friendly but there’s a lady who works the to go and coffee machine area that is very very rude. She was very condescending to my mother who asked to have a coffee w/o it being sweet. The worker spoke to my mom like she was a child, she just made us feel really bad. Not friendly at all. Because of her poor attitude we will not be returning to ZaZa… and believe me we have been going to this location for over 7 years.

We have eaten here a few times and the guys had been good. Almost becoming a favorite. Unfortunately, today they were cleaning because of a leak in the tiles. One of the women was wrong down the top shelf with gloves but then moved all the plates with them and put the dirty rags on top of one of the plates. I asked the girl if they were using those plates to serve food. Two of the girls didn't understand me so I decided to leave. The place is dirty and gross.
