terrible service. The store manager Wendy Hidalgo made my experience even worse. I bought it from a 6-piece combo and due to the restaurant's failure, my meal included burnt plastic. I went back to have my food changed and Wendy Hidalgo treated me extremely badly with insults and bad gestures, yelling at me in front of the entire public and even so she refused to change my food. My mother is in a nursing home and she saw the commercial for the zaxby's egg rolls. They looked really delicious, so she asked me to bring her some. The ones that I got didn't look anything like the ones in the commercial. Much darker To me they tasted okay, but my mother did not like them. Went to the drive thru and when I got home we found staples in our salads. Called the store and they put us on a list to get a refund on our next visit. THIS is the food quality I expect when I go to a Zaxbys. I had all but given up giving zaxbys a try, but late last night, whilst roadtripping, we stopped in for some chicken tenders. They were hot, juicy, crispy on the outside, flavorful- fries were fresh and well seasoned, and cheese bites were plentiful and hot. Can you spare some staff to teach my local zaxbys how it's done?
