Discovering Yorem Manti & Unlu Mamulleri with its impressive 4.9 rating from 3,500 reviews on Google intrigued us enough to visit, despite not being big fans of traditional dumplings. Our visit turned out to be delightful; my 3-year-old daughter enjoyed the regular dumplings, my spouse enjoyed the Bolu-style dumplings, and enjoyed of the crispy dumplings. Stopping by here for a meal is definitely worthwhile if you're in Bolu. It's the perfect dining spot after a tiring day of skiing at Kartalkaya. We had a wonderful experience at Yorem Manti and this was our most enjoyed meal in Turkey. The restaurant is family owned and operated. Kerem welcomed us as family, took the time to make many wonderful suggestions (both in and out of the restaurant), and we were lucky enough to meet the chef, his lovely mother who made the manti we devoured! Beautiful environment, nice cultural style seating and atmosphere. Very professional service by the team and the food was amazing. Have a look at the photos to see the quality they present. They definitely will not let you down nor will they overcharge tourists as they are honest and genuine people. Best ever hosaf I’ve had and all their food is homemade. The manti (Turkish dumpling) was superb. They also offered this different type of manti which is basically dried dumplings after it’s been cooked. Tastes just like chips but is very low in fat. On top of all this they offer complimentary tea at the end of your meal. Their prices were about $15AUD per person depending on what you get. A bowl of Manti and drink of Hosaf was about 250TL which is equivalent to $18. Lastly, Parking. If you park at the parking at the same building they give you 2 hours for free.
