I do not recommend!!! I was there with my family on 5/02/24. The entire evening was ruined by the receptionist who was rude, arrogant and aggressive. He claimed that my wife could not go to the children's playroom with the children. which is absurd that a parent cannot go to the playroom with his child. When I pointed out to him that he was being rude, he started threatening me... my wife and I were there not for the first time, but certainly for the last time. The food is average :/ Watch out for that guy at the cash register!!! Waiters and cooks told us to ignore him, but unfortunately our children saw how he behaved and were afraid all the time. I regret not calling the police. Unfortunately, their manager wasn't there, but I'm waiting for his contact to explain it because we definitely won't leave it like that Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There is a man behind the till who is very unprofessional . I had a 4 year old boy in my hand trying to take him upstairs to the kids area where this man was screaming at me saying that I was not allowed to go there as a parent and said that I had to leave my kid walk up by his self . I turned a round and told him that I’m only going to take him there and come back down straight away but he wasn’t having it his reaction was he said that if I do that his going to call the police on me as I wasn’t listening to him as soon as he said that my 4 year old boy started crying saying dad I don’t want the police to come please he was scared I looked at him and said don’t say that because it’s nothing happening here daddy it’s ok but he was keep on crying and I told this man let me take my kid up there his only a child but he still didn’t allow me so I was really angry then but still kept calm for my kid . And just told my it’s ok daddy we’re going home now and I just left . Unfortunately this man is very unprofessional don’t even know if his the owner or staff his a short guy with glasses just walking around and sitting behind the till . People just be careful with this monster please . I’ve been going there for a long time now with a big family every time but from now on I’ll never go there even my son said daddy please I don’t want to come here again .
