You can't beat fresh roasted coffee and this one doesn't disappoint. Fair trade, fresh and perfectly roasted, this is the coffee you want to start your day or enjoy with dessert. What's rare is that being a very small, family owned company the coffee is roasted to order so you know it hasn't been sitting around for months waiting to be purchased. You select the bean, the roast (light, med or dark roast) and whether you need them to grind it for you. Not quite as convenient as running to the grocery store, but totally worth the wait.
