Ordering nicely cooked chili and good cheeseburgers is what a number of guests advise. This fast food is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Prices are attractive for the quality you get. There is nice atmosphere at Wendy's. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

I'm writing this from the drive thru. We've been sitting here for twenty minutes. I'm usually fine with something taking longer but when I go inside to see what's going on and they are just starting to build my breakfast sandwich, after I've been sitting here for 20 minutes, that's not cool. Actually I don't even know that it was mine. It is now 10:43 am. Going in to get a refund and go elsewhere. Co workers yelling at other coworkers, so many people on shift and they can't handle 3 orders, mobil order had to get drinks myself, just blue tape lables on most the drink fountains, very unprofessional, no salt on fries, ranches are not put in a cooler so wont be using those which is disappointing... idk maybe just wrong crew today. Atleast the place looked rather nice. Not the worst Wendy's I been to but definitely could use some improvements. Employees should never yell across a counter no less to get another employees attention. Terrible service from drive thru. Ordering took 10 minutes, workers couldn’t figure out how to even use the speaker. Once they figured it out we payed and were told to pull into a spot and our food would be out. Sat there for a good 40 minutes before going in just to learn they thought they made a mistake and gave our food to someone else. Would never go here again!!!! Best burgers anywhere. I moved to Wisconsin from Ohio and there aren't as many locations here. I hope that changes. I honestly don't know why anyone would go to Culver's if there's a Wendy's around. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We went through the drivethrough and the service was amazing. Very quick and we got our food fresh. Sierra who helped us was very pleasant and we got a free salad instead of them throwing it away! Went here after waiting for the Taco Bell drive thru to take my order and Taco Bell employee told me to come inside so I thought screw it Wendy's it is. They took my order in the Wendy's drive thru within two minutes unlike the 20 minutes I waited at the Taco Bell one. Had my food ready super quickly and was very satisfied. Thank you! Food was terrible, burgers did not have a taste. Fries were not crispy, the flavored teas were overly too sweet. I was only able to eat a small amount of it because I paid for it. But tossed out the rest. The next morning I had indigestion issues with upset stomach and diarrhea. This food was not even good. I will not go back. Never again! Well the fact that the new what was the lettuce wrap burger was already a plus in my book. And then they made me a really good lettuce wrap burger, which I enjoyed. This was during a long trip across the country moving from west to east. To be exact from the west coast to the state of New York. Later when I went through Ohio and Illinois and I asked for lettuce wrap they had to think twice before figuring it out. And then this was not Wendy's. This was another fast food and then they said oh no, our lettuce is already been chopped up so we cannot do this. So like I said for me the fact that Wendy's knew what it was and they made it then that was great. The next thing that I expect from Wendy's is that he actually put it on the menu. Let people know that's a good way of eating a burger and let us wrap. Burger is not only we better for your health but also just a wonderful way of eating a burger. This place us always consistantly good. Tonight my meal was free in fact that I was able to redeem my pilot rewards card points. Got myself something called the S' Awesome combo which includes drink and fries and they were running a promo for a small frosty for only 50 cents. Or in my case like the meal it was free.
