Went through drive through today ordered 3 burgers, cheese fries and chilli. We did not get a spoon nor any of our burgers! Last week we couldn't get anything with bacon, said it would be 30 minute wait. Need more competent management or staff who care about customer service! Okay I was in the establishment a few days ago with my daughter who is 11 years old and as soon as we walk in a hispanic male says to her that he likes her jeans which were your regular run of the mill jeans nothing special but i thought that was weird but i let it go and then we get to the register and we wait in line so long that i tell my daughter that she can go have a seat but to make sure mommy can see her and stay away from the male in the lobby so I'm watching her and when i finally get to where i can make my order the counter is dirty and has crumbs all over it like they are eating on the counter i can clearly see there is meat on the floor which is unsanitary there is liquid on the counter and the manager that day was Amber and she just lolligagging and playing and not making her workers do what they need to be doing i asked what the male in the lobbys name was and i was told Carlos and he needs to be watched because why is he commenting on little girls jeans i don't know what is going on here but something needs to be done Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes Crispy Chicken blt

A lot of the people here are very nice and seem to enjoy their work atmosphere but when I came through this evening, 2/19/24, the gentleman’s taking orders in the drive through seemed like he hates his job and just overall unfriendly and very rude. I put a mobile order in and it has taken over 30 minutes through the drive through just to get the food. Numerous people actually left the drive through because of the wait. Don't recommend coming here at night because it is run by clowns. Meal type Dinner Service: 1

Deceptive marketing! Signs clearly show multiple patties. There needs to be SEVERE consequences for major corporations who do this.

8:00 pm 12/21/23. No one was there...we pull up to the drive thru and before we even order a voice comes over the intercom and says "it will be 30 minutes before whatever you order will be ready". We wanted an apple juice for our grandson and a small fry but we didn't even get the words out of our mouth. What world are we living in?it's fast food....not a steak dinner 30 minutes? I paid over $12 for a ghost pepper chicken meal. I have gotten this many times from other locations and it was great. This time was a joke! I got ONE tiny sliver of a piece of lettuce that wasn't even lettuce but the hard stalk! Who would seriously think that was acceptable? Not to mention it took forever to get the dern food. The closed the lobby as they didn't have enough workers so we has to find another place to use the bathroom. The spicy chicken sandwich seemed to be flattened therefore it was a little dry. Cashier was very rude. I said thank you 3 times to her. She would not say anything back. Her excuse was she didn't hear me. I asked her name and she asked why. I told her she was rude. Ask to speak to her manager. The Manager did not correct her. She also wore a dirty sweatshirt and then after taking cash she was touching food. I addressed that to and that she was not using gloves. The safe serve certificate was hanging there. The Cashier went to tell me she washed her hands 5 minutes ago. Which I was in line for more than 5 minutes. She never left our view. She should not be touching food after taking money. I will be calling corporate. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
