Pulled into this Wendy's at 6:00 on a Saturday for dinner. Tried to go inside and was told the dining room was closed so we went out and got in the long line at the drive-thru. We sat in the Drive-Thru line for a couple of minutes then in front of us the cars started pulling away so we pulled up to the speaker and we're told they've closed the whole restaurant due to a lack of staffing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Drive thru order - slow, how do you stay in business, taking 15 minutes to fill the 3 cars in front of us? Chili and baked potato were good. It's been 2 years since I stopped there. We went to the drive thru. Purchased two Jr bacon cheeseburger, biggie bags, with Root Beer. Credit card machine, was down. We had cash, so it was no problem. There is no one in front of us.
