For a fast food place, this Wendy’s was pretty good. It’s always a good recommend place for lunch. I really enjoy the burgers that have. The Fries are perfect and AMAZING. Even though the frostiest are delicious, one of their machines always happens to be out. Overall, really nice place. I pulled up in the drive-thru and got an annoying automatic message about the mobile app like McDonald's. I asked for 1 moment to decide on an item to order, and I was asked 3 times, "Are you ready? Are you ready yet? Are you ready to order?" Not even 15 seconds apart! There was no one behind me. I felt so rushed that I ordered the wrong item that had a similar name to something else. I opened my sandwich up expecting chicken, but had a burger instead. I was so confused when the order taker asked if I wanted it as a double or triple. I just wanted it a regular chicken sandwich, that new nacho style one. When I pulled up to the window, I couldn't understand what the guy said because he said it so fast in 1 breath! I had to ask for a repeat, and they looked annoyed!!!! I have never in my 30 years have felt so much panic at a drive thru. 2024: 2 years have passed since my last review... This location has the WORST staff still. No one wore name tags. The cashier could not care one bit about my order. They didn't put bacon on my bacon double stack. I said this and the manager was annoyed I asked for my bacon. They did remake my food. They were also out of baked potatoes. The food was hot and delicious! The staff on the other hand was aweful. No one cared that my mobile order that I made inside the restaurant took over 20 minutes... The only person that showed an actual care was the manager, which I would mention by name but she did not have a name tag on. I went to the counter to ask for pepper for a baked potato and I had to ask for it as no one came up to the counter. There was a worker that did not have his mask on the entire time he was inside the restaurant. As we left the restaurant approximately at 5:50 p.m. October 3rd 2021, a gentleman tried to get into the restaurant to get his order corrected, and the door was locked. This restaurant does not close till 10:00 p.m. according to the door. The women's bathroom was also out of toilet paper, according to my wife. I would not come back to this location if I can avoid it.
