Shurfine is a general supermarket. They have a good variety but the pricing has always been on the high end. As a standard supermarket you can't expect anything special product wise aside from two exceptions, and these single two exceptions turn a 3 star into a 4 star. The deli: The deli will make subs, sandwiches, soups, chicken, and more, not just slice your cheese and ham (though they do that too of course). A full sized sub is two feet long, and may run you 14-17 dollars depending on the toppings however keep in mind that is a loaded, full and fat two foot long sub made on the spot. The price is a steal and a few other products run along the same kind of deal. The sales: There are often in the back left of the store giant sales. Not much to say other than you may find stuff far cheaper than even a discount store may sell, it won't be past sale by date either, just a random massive discount.

Store isn't as clean as I remember it being in the past, it's been awhile since I've been there. Meat cuts are still excellent and they offer deli style food, snacks etc.. you may not find in the other grocery stores. The gals working behind the deli the evening I went in were not helpful at all, not sure if they weren't too familiar with making subs or felt put out by my few questions. Decided not to purchase subs because of that experience. Otherwise great store to pick up a few items or even milk fresh from a farm that Shurfine carries, it still has the fat on top and it's tasty!

Everything was fine. I only went in there for there Tom and Jerry mix which they were out of. I live 70 miles from the warren shurfine so i don't shop there
