Obviously they do not have a "night crew" here that restocks while the store is closed. These employees were not to the left of the aisle, were not to the right of the aisle but every time I turned a corner they were right smack dab in the middle. Of course they weren't going to move for a customer!! Had to retrace my steps to go around the aisle to come back on the other end of these hard working (ha) employees. I like shopping early to avoid other customers...now how do I avoid employees! Never again at this store!!

Facilities clean and organized. Floor personnel are helpful and courteous. Cashier service is extremely unorganized and rude. It amazes me that you have two live cashiers, with 7-8 people in both lines with only one or two in all the self chechouts, and they still don't have the courtesy to open a third or fourth cashier. It's the customers that keep your doors open and provide the desired profit line required. Customer service is the last impression that a customer sees.

The store is much better stocked then other Walmarts. However, my own experience was not good. I always use self checkout. Somehow the computer charged me for 300 green peppers totalling $290. Unfortunately, I did not catch this until I checked out. I had to go to customer service to get the refund. The manager there was so nasty, rude and made me wait 40 minutes. For this reason, I do not recommend this store. There are too many times you end up in customer service for one thing or another.

Workers were very helpful with a large boxed item I wanted to purchase. They got it down for me, put it on a flat cart and put it in my SUV after I paid for it which also was a quick and smooth transaction at the Orland Hills store.

So this is the second time this has happened to me and it is very frustrating. At two separate occasions I scanned the item on the app and it gave me a price, but when I took it to the checkout and scanned it I was given a higher price. One item scanned on the app as 11.88 but the checkout was trying to charge me $85. The other item scanned 15.80 on the app but the checkout showed 27.96. Both of these times I spoke to an associate and a manager who said they couldnt price match it for varying reasons. For the first item they said they couldn't price match it because it was out of stick on the app and the second time was because it is not shipped and sold by Walmart. Why are there items in the walmart app that cannot be price matched. I personally find it ridiculous that this has happened to me twice. Also the second item on the shelf said a price of $26 so that price was also wrong.

My experience is for curbside pickup! Everytime I come I've been being helped by trenton! He is a wonderful soul and he is a pleasure to talk to! Very nice caring person! Makes my pickups more enjoyable with a friendly face!

My partner got their sweatshirt and sweatpants ruined because there was red paint spilled on a shelf and there was no sign or anything and we didn't see it and they bumped into it. The sweatshirt and sweatpants were not cheap either. And no to mention a worker ran into me and then had the audacity to say I ran into her and didn't apologize; when I told her she was being rude all she said was "thanks". This Walmart is turning just as bad as Bridgeview Walmart. My partner wants to be reimbursed for the damage to their clothes and I'd like kinder staff

Walmart and people are great BUT!! Don't park here if you have anything at all that the police can ticket you for. They will drive around endlessly looking for violations to write up. Had a plate frame with large emblems and received a "plate obstruction" violation... I beat the ticket since the frame allows full visibility but was a huge waste of time. Never had any tickets until parking here to go to Walmart. *** Update*** Back here on July 7 2023 Have a photo of exactly what's described above. Nothing against our friends in blue I fully support them but it would be nice if they were handing out actual dangerous traffic violations on the road just outside the parking lot .... Lots of speeding, illegal turns, and rolling through stop signs and lights.. but I guess an expired tag is a bigger threat to safety.

My son and I stopped at the Orland Hills Walmart and were impressed with how nice it is! I dread going to any Walmart at night because by then the store tends to be a mess but not Orland Hills! VERY clean!! No lines, stocked shelves, clean bathrooms, cart area was clean and plenty of carts in the store, friendly employees. My son commented that everyone there was so nice! We had no problem finding an employee to help us pick a new iPhone car charger. Definitely a well maintained store!

Store was really clean and well fronted shortly after it opened for the day. Plenty of product available. The self checkouts are terrible. Miss the face to face staffed registers. Took me 4 shopping carts to get one that didn’t roll with a locked up wheel.
