I called a couple days in advance for a birthday cake. I was told a date and time to pick it up but when I arrived to pick it up, I was told they didn’t have an order under my name. I asked to speak to someone to express my concerns and the lead worker made it seem like because I didn’t know specifically the lady’s name I talked with, that they couldn’t do anything about it. The worker was rude to me over it. Very disappointed in not only the failed order but the customer service. The original worker said she could make it but it would be a couple hours. I did not have time to wait around to get it. I do not recommend.

I made a cake order over the phone with Stephanie and I had my 9 year old son on speaker with me and she was so helpful and amazing! She made the whole phone call and order process so easy!!
