This is a dive bar in the very best way, a wonderful neighborhood place with an ever changing bunch of characters. As a first time visitor I was welcomed from the start. Wally's made my time in Alameda much more enjoyable. Bartenders Aaron, Deidre and Kim are great. Price per person $10–20 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
