I was sitting down at the Waffle House in Ashland va and I seen a young BLK girl that works there dig in your nose .I was disgusted when I seen her do that I reported to the manager. I ask him what did he do about it he said he told her to wash her hands but that was a lie. I said no you need to make her wash her hands . I didn’t witness her washing her hands but please check the cameras this is nasty and I didn’t make this up. This was around 1:45 pm today 2/25 /24 . I hope someone does something about this like corporate thanks Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Didn't bother to order! The lady greeted me and asked if I was ready to order, but since it was my first time, I told her I would see what's on the menu. Thank God I did! Whilst she was where the food is being prepared, she sneezed in her palm, wiped it on her apron and proceeded to arrange what would appear to be some pancake containers!!! I slowly walked away without a word! In addition, there were tables that weren't cleaned! No thanks! Not with my food! Atmosphere: 1

So a few of my friends of mine decided to go to waffle house tonight and Sabrina. The manager decided she wasn’t going to serve me because of an incident years ago. I don't normally eat in places like this, but it was spot on. The food was great, served up hot and well presented. The waitress anticipated any needs and kept drinks for all refilled.
