Stopped by for a quick breakfast after leaving the airport. I ordered a Texas chicken melt and requested sautéed mushrooms to be added to it, but they were left off and she brought them out on a plate after I alerted her to it. A regular waffle and apple juice. Service was OK. I was not treated by everyone, but right after I was seated, the next couple was greeted by every staff member. I don’t think there’s a need to point out how we differed in appearance, besides the fact that they were older, so I won’t 🙃. The waffle was prepared well THE FIRST TIME. Anyhoo! Don’t know where to start. For 1 the place is filthy, for 2 the service is horrible, for 3 the waffles were burnt, for 4 asked for another not burnt waffle, but ended up with another burnt waffle. Other customers were complaining about food not being done. Completely horrible service period. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went in for a large cup of coffee and the waitress told me that I have to pay 50 cents for every 4 creamer. That is not a company rule. I called cooperate. This Waffle House on airport rd in Pearl Mississippi is the worst service that I have ever had at any place. If you go at night you will find everyone sitting outside smoking. Worst place ever. The manager is having relations with her employee. I encourage you do not go to this Waffle House. The Waffle House is Richland Mississippi is the best one I have ever been to. Stopped in for a late night snack. The two servers were quite busy, but I had to wait about 25 minutes after I sat down to have my order taken. Otherwise the service was quite friendly. The server apologized at least twice for the wait. Other than the wait time, the harsh browns were still room temp in the middle of the pile. Room temp hash browns and the long wait time are what make me give it 4 stars. To note — I did feel quite safe and welcome here at this Waffle House even at near midnight.
