Jessica our fantastic favorite server had us try a new food item!! it was fantastic!! Her smiling face and easy to talk to personality always takes us back to Villas at least once a week! if you go ask for Jessica!! love our waitress!!!! Ordered for take out , working on a jobsite. No tortillas with the fajitas, Suace on chimie was asked on the side , non existence.. chimmys burnt. shells on the shrimp and no napkins no utensils.. Worst part is I called , went full Karen about spending 60 bucks for this , they stated they would replace the order took my info . Just Ordered went to pick up to give them a second chance and get my food replaced , they stated they had no info on previous order and would take 50 percent off the order , I said fine .. whatever, upon checking the food this time , wrong again , no tortillas.. The food was awesome, and our server was outstanding! We were a party of 8, and they sat by an emergency exit. An employee kept going in and out of that door--letting the cold air and snow in. It was a little chilly, but we powered through it. The parking lot can get a little tight when they are busy. We had the buffet the food was good, but some items were not replaced frequently enough. The waiter and waitress were not very attentive. We go there a couple of times a month and this is not common but may be that we won't return for lunch. The food served to us had generous portions for decent prices. I ordered the Roberto Wrap and got an impressive side salad though the latter was pretty heavy on the cheese. The burrito had tender carnitas and fresh avocado. All the veggies in my salad were nice and crisp too. I did wish the waitress brought some salad dressing once my order came out. But even though she forgot, she was still polite when I asked for some. For all I know, she could’ve been new to the crew. If there is anything to complain about, it would be the toilet seat in the men’s restroom. The seat is very loose and I hope someone gets around to fixing that soon. Always good authentic Mexican food and always great service. Their margaritas are some of the best around!! We like the one that the tequila is soaked in a whiskey barrel first....SO good!! Free chips and salsa. Their menu is so big with such a variety of foods along with lunch specials and ala cart... and they have a great kids menu also.
