I love coming here! I've always preferred Spanish food at home because I can be rather picky at times, but here the staff is friendly and will work with you. You can make alterations with no worrying, my mother in law has many allergies too and they take it very seriously. We always have the best time here and enjoy amazing food! We were greeted immediately. Arrived a little before the typical dinner time, so there was no line yet. As soon as we say down, chips and salsa were served. I ordered the fajita fries, which I have not seen in any other restaurant than this one. As always, the fajita meet was flavorful and tender. There was not the amount of melted cheese that usually comes on it, and the cheese had begun hardening by the time it was served. A generous portion of sour cream and guacamole accompanied the fries. We had a 10 minute wait because they were packed but it was DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT! Everything was delicious, our waitress was amazing, kept our drinks full, checked on us throughout the meal, and was honest about the menu. Definitely ask for our waitress, Amy!! We went out for my wife's birthday and had an absolutely amazing experience. We just moved to the area and are trying new restaurants in our area that we are hoping would become our regular. The food was fantastic. I strongly suggest the beef chimichunga packed with fajita steak. Seasoned perfect. The waitress was just amazing.
