Vietnamese cuisine is recommended to degust at this restaurant. Come to Viet Citron for a break and order nicely cooked cha gio, banh mi and belly pork. It's time to degustate good vietnamese coffee, bubble tea or smoothies. This place offers food delivery for the convenience of its customers. Employees are competent that's what makes this spot so nice. A number of reviewers note that the dishes are offered for low prices. Best Vietnamese food in the area by far! The quality of the meats is above and beyond and every bite explodes with flavor. I love love love this place. Highly recommend the Sirloin dishes, especially the Bahn Mi and Banh Hoi Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The food is really great. That alone makes it worthwhile coming here if you're in the area. It feels more expensive than other Vietnamese restaurants I've visited but I can sense that they put a lot of care in to their foods. Their pho is solid and their crispy pork is also recommended. I'm looking forward to trying more items in the near future. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Very modern casual Vietnamese restaurant that carries the staples like Pho, Bahn MI, Bun and often has special items on their menu. My first experience with them I had Pho Dac Biet with an added short rib. The flavors of the broth were spot on, absolutely delicious! The meat was cooked perfectly and it had plenty of the different ingredients that make up Dac Biet. The noodles were fresh and not clumped together. The added rib was extremely flavorful. I absolutely love Pho, I make it myself and I can tell you that they do a great job! Highly recommend! Everything that I have had since has been delicious! I've been meaning to try Viet Citron during a Burlington Hmart trip one of these days, and finally made it last summer. We got the rare tai round pho. The broth was intensely savory and unlike any pho broth I've had before. You can taste the fish sauce, and it's so savory that it borders on being salty. We got an add-on of ribs for $5 so we had a lot of meat. I could've used more noodles -- the quantity was pretty lacking. Overall this was a very unique bowl of pho and I would probably get this again, though maybe with extra noodles if possible. We also got the rice noodle bowl with grilled chicken. I liked both the chicken and noodle components. The sauce on the side was very tasty -- I usually don't like these sauces because they're sweet, but this one was not. The shrimp summer roll was good and very sturdy. It had a lot more veggies than noodles. Overall I would come back -- it's a solid food option for the ol' Hmart trip. It does close relatively early (7pm), so it requires some planning if you're going later in the day. The prices are pretty high compared to what I'm used to for this amount of food, but I think they have some great flavors that are definitely worth trying! A local gem in Burlington with one of the best phos in the Greater Boston area. One of my friends from the area recommended this place, so I recently stopped by while shopping in the area. The price tags on the menu were a notch above the usual Vietnamese fare, but most of the food I ordered was worth the extra cost. The star of the menu was undoubtedly their Pho Dac Biet, featuring a 48-hour beef bone marrow broth. As advertised, the broth was rich in umami without being overly fatty. It was definitely better than the ones I tried at authentic spots in Little Saigon, and although the beef toppings were modest in quantity, the depth and flavor of the broth more than compensated. Charred to smoky perfection and basking in a sweet marinade, the Chili Lemongrass pork ribs were also impressive. The accompanying Chili garlic fish sauce enhanced the umami of the ribs while toning down its greasiness. Kimchi Sirloin Banh Mi and the Vietnamese coffee were just okay, but overall, I was satisfied with my visit. Would definitely put this place on my revisit list. This is my favorite restaurant in Burlington, and favorite Vietnamese food I have tried. In fact, when either my husband or I are out of town, the other will often get Viet Citron take out as a nice treat to comfort ourselves! Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Our party ordered 2 rice with crispy pork, unfortunately the pork was not cleaned properly and leaves an unpleasant aftertaste and aroma. We get a lot of rice. The pho was okay, nothing special, huge Pho portion! Vietnamese coffee was okay. Sadly we believe they are overpriced, we paid $25 per person for one dish on average. Some parking available infront of the store. The restroom was broken during our visit. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Food is delicious! We got the short rib pho, banh hoi bowl with sirloin and crispy pork side dish! The pho broth is unreal - so flavorful and rich. All dishes were a generous portion of protein. We also go the avocado shake and ginger citron tea - great compliments to the meal. Love the mint in the shake! Great price for the quality and fresh ingredients. We will definitely be back! Amazing chicken banh mi with spicy garlic sauce! Don't think I have had a better one except in Saigon. Ordered takeout and it took a while to get our food but well worth the wait! No pictures because we ate it so fast! Summer spring rolls were tasty as well! Wrapper was tender and thin. Coming back!! So lucky to find this gem! People are friendly and food is authentic and amazing. Our favorites are the tru viet pho, short rib pho, lemongrass ribs, and crispy pork bahn mi. You must also try those chewy tapioca dumplings and crispy banh xeo if they happen to have them as seasonal items. They are unbelievably good! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
