It was a rainy day and our first choices were completely booked. We chose this place and all I can say after eating here is.. terrible place. It does the job but food is half-junk. Flatbreads are just awful and.. wom't say more, you can discover it by yourself. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Ordered the crab cake entree and when I cut into it the contents oozed out like an over easy egg. When I called the server over she asked, “Is it undercooked?” before I even said anything, leading me to believe it wasn’t the first time she had seen that. She came back a little while later and said they couldn’t remake my dish because they weren’t able to create a fully cooked crab cake, so I was asked to pick a different dish. I ordered the shrimp tacos instead. They were okay, didn’t knock my socks off. And obviously I was eating my meal after my entire party finished theirs. My meal was comped of course. But I’m still a little baffled that the manager didn’t make an appearance at our table. I’ve worked in restaurants for years and an incident like this would have been addressed more professionally at all of those places. So either our server didn’t think it was worth mentioning to a higher up, or the manager didn’t think it was a big enough deal to come apologize. Either way, underwhelming experience for a restaurant which presents itself as a more upscale establishment. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

My wife and I have found the food to be very good and we have tried many of the menu items. Recently, we show up either at the bar or seating area and get 2 half flat bread pizza's (sausage and caramelized onions my fav) and split a Greek salad (big enough for 2) and grab a couple of drinks. Don’t go here!! The level of disrespect and lack of hospitality is unreal. I have family in town from another country and downtown winter garden is always so friendly and welcoming place. Decided to take them here (part of 10) waited about 15 minutes and one person was missing from our party then another large party walked in and the manager Carlos Sandoval wanted to give our table away to the party right in front us. I was in the hospitality business for 7 years and that’s not how you operate a business. We got sat but he took the extra chair and menu away to make it a point that we were missing our ONE person and they wouldn’t be welcomed. Put menus on all the other surrounding open tables. When our one person showed up he respectfully asked for chair. Carlos Sandoval started raising his voice at my brother in law and sister saying how messed it was that we lied, pointing and lifting his arms. My party of 10 didn’t stand for the disrespect over a chair in an empty restaurant…. We all got up and left. He lost business and made this server lose a 10 top. We won’t be back, wake up call to reconsider your management team on the forefront running the operation. Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My family and I had dinner this past Friday at the restaurant. Upon entering we were immediately greeted by the host and put on a waitlist (it was very busy). It took about 10 minutes to be seated at a table. After being seated at our table we waited roughly 25 minutes and politely notified a staff member walking by our table we had not been waited on. He was very polite and took our order right then and there. The restaurant was very busy and sometimes this happens so we were not upset. The food was very good. I ordered the pork chop and my wife ordered the meatloaf. The restaurant itself is very clean and modern. The drink menu was impressive with something for every palate. While we were enjoying our food l, I can only assume it was the owner who came to our table and apologized for the long wait and told us she was comping our meal. We told her it was not necessary, but she insisted on doing so. We are grateful for her kindness, and to us shows the pride she has for her restaurant. Again we did not think it was necessary as things happen but our grateful for the establishments hospitality. We will be back for sure. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We enjoyed our meal here on a busy Friday night. Service was a little off, appetizers came buy plates took a few minutes. Drink refills were offered by (assumed) manager but not communicated with server. Everyone was pleasant, they just seemed short handed. Food was great, we will try them again.
