I ordered an entrecote medium well, it was served totally raw. The steak was cold, no salt. After arguing with the waiter what is medium vs raw, i returned the steak. See the picture yourself… they took it off the bill and offered a coupon which they never gave to me. I left the restaurant hungry and disappointed. Initially you dont know if you are in a sushi place or in a bistro. Besides I find the restaurant without authenticity, the waitress did not seen happy while taking the orders, the food came cold (I have ordered tenderloins) and the toilet had no soap (then you can imagine how is the hygiene of the place). The decor is exquisite and unique, we loved exploring the different spaces to see all of the furniture. The food is incredible, and the service is fantastic! Unfortunately we had a very bad experience in this restaurant. We have ordered two times tournedos rossini, but (after significant waiting time) we were brought the regular tenderloin. By the time we have noticed it was late to exchange the dish (although it was offered by the waitress) and they offered to get us the supplemental foie gras and truffle, but on our own expense. The manager was insisting that we made a mistake while ordering, because tournedos is a synonym of tenderloin (as seen in the photo tenderloin on the menu) and hasn’t even apologized. Really unique lounge vibe. Very cosy and stimulating atmosphere. The food (sushi, burger, risotto) was average at best. Although the truffle fries are really great – this is their specialty. The vegetarian sushi was also mixed in with the fish eggs of the non-vegetarian was a shame. Since the food is pretty average and the prices are above average, it is a bit too expensive. The food was made up somewhat by the great and attentive service. Would go back for drinks, mostly for the atmosphere.
