The first high-tech building of Szarvas is situated next to route 44 at the bank of the Körös river, and is surrounded by protected and famous bald cypress trees. According to our vision all well-developed cities has an old and a new town area, often separated by a river. With our hi-tech building we would like to connect our city to this trend. This is how we dreamt the concept of the New Town Bistro which is located in the best part of the two storey 1200m2 facility. The bistro offers the most beautiful view to the historic old town with its millennium monument and the Bolza Castle, and with its groundbreaking dynamism provides unique atmosphere for both local and distant visitors. The New Town Bistro - with its specialty coffee, wine, cocktail and bar kitchen offer - is a place where our guests can comfortably hold their business or friends' meetings, where they can gain new experiences and information, and they can join the daily flow of information.
