Well let me start by saying this place used to be the best unfortunately the owner sold a few months back so I was unaware of this or I would have never came so I drove 30 mins to come here for at the end the new owner didn't like my comment about another location and was very rude after taking my money though go figure!! Sorry Karen I offened you I eat out a lot and look for the best so if your looking the best stay away from two counsins locations within Lancaster county. Food: 4 Service: 1

I normally love this place. I work nights and order a regular cheeseburger sub no tomato and fries often. Tonight I called in at 9pm (the store is open until 930pm), and the grill was already turned off. Does this mean no hot food after 9pm. This place is either under new management or employees are taking advantage. I have never had an issue and if this is what is going to happen from now on consumers look at your time when you order or you may not get hot food. Service Take out
