Not enough words can be said about how great your work is, from the beautiful art work that makes the cake look like it is painted, to the immaculate taste. Thank you for always delivering excellence! You made our wedding so special with your masterpiece. We want you to know that you’re always number 1 in our minds and were the first vendor we picked out for our wedding before anyone else. OMG! wow, I can’t thank you guys enough for doing this for me. My girlfriend was so happy and surprised she couldn’t believe it. This cake looks amazing and taste sooo good. Just being honest, I was a little worried that the frosting would be too sweet but it went so perfect with cake. Thank you, thank you, thank you so so much. P.S We also shared some of the cake with another table for their birthday and they were shocked when I told them it was Vegan 🌱🎂. It’s usually hard to find bakery that makes really GOOD vegan desserts options. Truly deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thx 😊🙏

I have had Truffalla's cakes for several different events and all I can say is WOW! She is truly an artist in crafting unique thinking outside-of-the-box cakes and everyone says they're DELICIOUS! She is also happy to accommodate vegan requests as well! She is absolutely so kind and such a pleasure to work with!

My mom found Truffalla Cake Bakery for our 10/22/22 wedding and it was an amazing experience. We had no issues communicating exactly what we wanted and our cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious. Everyone was raving about how awesome our cake was. We are so happy we booked them for our wedding!

This review is way overdue. First, I want to establish that I'm a CT resident. Last year, my friend was planning her 30th at an Airbnb in NJ. I did some Google searches and found Truffalla. Alla (the owner) made us the most delicious cake we've ever had. Listen, I love cake... like a lot. But I hate icing and I'm picky. So when I tell you, her cake is the best. Its because it is. The icing is perfection, the cake itself is light, moist, and airy. My mouth waters just thinking about it. So it was no surprise that in July (this year) when I turned 30 who would make my cake. I literally had my cake picked up from NJ and transported to CT. All my guest loved the cake. Literally can't stop raving. So in conclusion, I highly recommend Truffalla for your baking needs. Alla is also very responsive, a great communicator, and super sweet.

Alla is an amazing person and the very best at what she does; cakes! I have worked with other cake vendors and I must say without reasonably doubt that Truffalla cakes are the best. The best in appearance and in taste and the best customer service. Her attention to detail is impeccable. Alla was super accommodating to a last minute order for a 6-inch cake. She could only do a vanilla cake at that time, but I went ahead and ordered one because her work looked so beautiful. So glad I did. Best vanilla cake I’ve ever ordered. Great experience from start to finish (technically the cake is still being eaten). ;)

Not only does she have an enormous talent and passion for making delicious and gorgeous cake, but, more importantly, she is incredibly kind and communicative.
