First time here and most likely my last. Took nearly 25 min to get two smoothies and we were the second in line. Horrible service for 1pm on a Saturday. Not to mention it cost almost $18 for what is essentially half ice. Completely uncalled for. The managers and owners need to do some serious rethinking. Dear owners, I was the only car in drive thru. Sat that speaker for over 6 minutes and not a word.. so I drive up to window. could see one employee through the window sipping her smoothie and scrolling on her phone. I honked, no one came, gave it two more minutes. Nothing.. 3 girls working inside, not one customer inside either… I honked again and finally one of front counter girls put her phone in her pocket and came to window… there is a smoothie king less than 1/2 mile from you… so… check on your people, they are not ok. Horrible service. Told me they couldn’t find my online order that I had placed 20 minutes before. Told me to park out front while they worked on it and said they’d bring it out to my car. 10 minutes go by, I see the kid set an order out for pick up and the two other workers have disappeared. I walk in to get it and he says nothing to me. Having adults present might help. I’ll take my business to another location.

The food is good but the service is terrible! 3 visits to this location and the orders were way off on every visit. They actually ask you for a tip before they deliver the order at the counter. I think they are waiting to see if you tip enough before they fill the order correctly. I know good help is hard to find, but 3 wrong orders in 3 different visits is really bad.
