This is by far one of the worst tropical smoothie locations. Let’s start with how some of the staff is rude when you give them your order which is uncalled for. Then when you give them your order they themselves are unsure if you received the correct smoothie, because there is no label on it. This is a big issue because each time I went I’ve gotten the wrong smoothie. The staff has to ask each is this her smoothie are you sure, and ask what smoothie was put in what blender. Today was a big no for me because once again I received the wrong smoothie a total waste of money. Please close this location or do a retraining.

Lettuce not always the freshest but otherwise pretty good. They never give you chips with your meals you better remember to ask. Atp I think it’s a scheme they got going on lolll save a few coins 🤣 Jk
