The server was great! The food terrible and the bun on the burger was so old and stale I could barely cut with a knife. I spoke with management but only offered a free dessert for poor food preparation. When the bill arrived I asked for half off burger due to only half eaten. The septic system was off so the entire place smelt of poo. The employee tried to spray air freshener but was faint from the smell while I ate. Overall I would not return. Wow! What a nice place with a great menu and service! We were here on 1/8/24. The Bloody Marys are great as well as the food. Secret tip..... You can add toppings to the home fries. I added everything possible, they were amazing. Thanks to our server Aaron F. for the suggestion! Service was excellent as well, Aaron F. was very attentive and I made our experience very enjoyable! At first, we were seated and had to wait a while for a drink order. After they saw we had been waiting, the service was On! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The food was good. I think their tables are looking rough. Outdoor seating is also an option, cakes, breakfast, dinner. She crab soup was awesome! This was my first visit to Toast and the food and servers were amazing! Aaron and Rita were very professional! I’m told that Rita was in training but she did a phenomenal job! They both were very friendly and I definitely enjoyed the conversation! The food came out literally within 5 minutes of me ordering and it was hot and fresh! The mimosa was delicious also! I was quite disappointed with this eating establishment. It seems that everyone except for my server was not on their A-game. The food was decent at best! The pancakes were tough. The shrimp and grits was skimpy on the shrimp. You don't serve an original lowcountry dish, and it be skimpy on the main ingredients. This had a lot of peppers as a filler. Was charged for a drink that had already I paid for while waiting for my seat. Management seemed a bit nonchalant for everything that was going wrong . They didn't have enough silverware and had to use some plasticware instead. I'm not sure if I would be returning to this location. Fantastic brunch in great company! We didn’t have a reservation, but were seated right away for Sunday brunch. The food was spectacular, and the service was outstanding! Aaron was friendly, attentive, and awesome. The food and mimosas were just what we needed to end the long holiday weekend before getting back to reality 😆 we’ll certainly come back soon! My mom first time at toast! All Day and she loved it so much. Or waitress was so kind and friendly. Our drinks and food came out so fast as well. My mom had the Eggs Meeting Street. And I had The Carolina Ham, Bacon and cheese. Everything was fabulous here. My husband and I were home visiting family. Toast was the ONLY brunch location who would take reservations AND seat us together. The service was wonderful. It was simply a wonderful part of our trip to have make memories and share a meal with two of my sisters, brother in law, husband, niece, and nephews. There were 8 of us in total, and we got a lovely patio spot where we enjoyed sunshine and somebody's fellowship with delicious food! Thank you so much for taking care of us!!! This was my second visit to Toast! All Day and they did not disappoint! We were seating quickly and our orders were taken quickly as well. It was not too busy, so our meal did come out at a nice time. Food experience was 10/10 and the service was a 10/10! Definitely will be back!
