Not very welcoming reception. The room smelled VERY musty and there was plastic on the mattresses, the creaking resulted in a terrible noise when you turned. The water from the shower ran over everything. Very cozy bedding.
It is a fabulous place to dine in Aibonito. The staff are super friendly and there is live music playing. The Sangria is so good. It's probably the best Sangria I've ever had. If you're dining, get the Churrasco steak in the mushroom sauce. Thank me later! Our family loves coming here!
I'll start off by saying ours was a large group. The wait was horrible. While the drinks and apps didn't appear to take too long, the main course took forever. They were smart to bring the kids' food first, but they took so long to get the rest out, the kids were done and already aching to leave bc of the boredom. When food started coming, the dishes were brought to the table so far apart in time that some people in the party had completely consumed their main course before others even got theirs. I had a bit of the skirt steak and it was ok, mushrooms in the sauce are from a can, not fresh. The octopus was really bad, it was hard, I did not finish it. Do NOT order the octopus. Stuffed mofongo was dry. The only folks who seemed to be ok with their food were the ones who got stuffed chicken. Based on the time it took for us to get our food, we thought we would order ice cream for the kids early. Don't know what happened to it, but others got their desserts (which were ordered later) first. Absolutely no control or reason in this delivery. We had also ordered some coffee and it was taking so long that we ended up cancelling the order. Couldn't get out of there fast enough once we were able to. Never again.
Nostalgic clasic restaurant. On the heart of the island sounded by nature makes you feel cozy. Whine room, cigars, and cocktail list in the menu to enjoy. Very friendly staff. Clean and fairly priced menu. Steaks, soups, and deserts. Definitely a must stop for dinner or special occasion.
Nice place for the price I will prefer the bed not to have the plastic cover on the mattress and the main door have some type of contains to much light and mattress to noice ,and make it hot it on my opinion other then that I think is a really good place did not had the chance to eat at the restaurant so I won't grade that part .

No handicap capabilities for the elderly nor anyone who cannot walk that’s in a wheelchair. I come from New Jersey and see these businesses in PuertoRico you will not be able to open a restaurant without attending to the disabled, elderly and the handicap capabilities you cannot open a business in the US without these accommodations!!!! Do not go there she seemed more bothered to have to accommodate anyone in this condition very disappointed with the amount of income they are bringing into the business that they do NOT HAVE THESE Services!!!!!! I am a nurse and was very very Disappointed we went to another rest further down that accommodate us gracefully!!!
We loved this cozy little restaurant. There was a band playing very loud live music, it was fantastic. If you don't like really loud music, sit out on the porch, it was a little quieter. The food was wonderful and dessert was delicious.
We stayed in a room just above the restaurant. It was small, but efficient.
Beautiful!Very nice, clean, spacious room. Be aware that it will be quite loud over the weekend if you were just planning on getting some quiet rest. This is Puerto Rico people. 🙂 Check in and out was very easy. No hard times here! Also, the view through my window was amazing. Nice fresh air from the mountains. The only down was the plastic covers were still on the mattresses making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep, but other than that great stay!
