Nadia and I frequently enjoy our dinner at the watershed. The bartender Greg is great and the owners are active in making sure everyone is happy. Monday night is Burger night with music. My husband and I had such a lovely time we drove an hour away to go back again the following week. From the ambience of the fireplace with comfortable seating, to the plentiful windows in the dining room to enjoy the sunset we plan on being part of their regular crowd. Service was also top notch. Our bartender/server was very attentive and friendly and even went the extra mile to make our drinks table-side to ensure our liking. Wow! You don’t get this kind of service anymore. We stayed a long time and felt completely relaxed and welcomed. The food was outrageous too! Compliments to the chef! And to top it off the owner came by to check on us multiple times even though they were celebrating his wife’s birthday. (Happy birthday!) Amazing experience! What an amazing meal!! Do not hesitate to come here. The service was amazing. The owners were so friendly and checked in on us often. Everything we ate was unique and delicious…. French onion soup, shisito peppers, skirt steak, scallops. Great portion sizes. Cozy atmosphere. Live music. I can not say enough great things about this restaurant. We will be back often!!
