I have been to Switchboard plenty of times and loved it. However, i came in Thursday night, and as soon as I sat down at the bar the lady that was already seated beside me said that the bartender had an attitude. While waiting my turn a guy came up to the bar, and called out for her. She started going off him, yelling at him and telling him to wait his turn because she's already serving someone. The guy then told her he just wanted to know where the bathroom was & she rudely pointed. When she noticed the stares from patrons she said she hates being interrupted. If that's how she feels then she shouldnt be bartending. Everyone knows that as a bartender you're 100 % going to get interrupted. Also, the young lady next to me ordered a patron margarita and the bartender brought her a regular one. She told the bartender that she asked for patron and the bartender told her "well those cost more", and the girl reiterated what she wanted. How rude is that to just make someone what you want to make them assuming they're too poor to pay for what they asked for? Oh, and she tasted the drinks she was making before giving it to the customer which is gross. Usually, I love Switchboard, but this time definitely makes it less appealing. Customer service is everything, and the bartender definitely lacked that.
