Lisa was recommended to us by our baker (who did our cake and other small desserts) trying to help us source someone who made amazing French macarons for our wedding on 11/19/2022. Let me tell ya, she makes the BEST macarons. We were looking for certain flavors and colors to match our late fall, Lord of the Rings theme and boy did she deliver in taste and appearance! We ordered 120 macs and did 6 flavors: Apple Cider, Chai Spice, Milk Chocolate Caramel, Cranberry, S’mores and Mocha. We knew we’d probably miss out on them because all of our guests love macs so we had her make us a box just for us and we’re so glad we did this because there were barely any left. We only had a few cranberry, chai spice and apple cider left from the wedding when all was said and done. If you’re looking for some tasty treats, definitely check her out. Thanks again, Lisa!!! They were amazing!!!

Lisa is an incredible baker! She always knows how to make her customers feel like their ask, is never too much. Stow away baker catered desserts for both my wedding and my bridal shower and everything was as perfect as could be! Don’t even get me started on all her other goodies 😍 I would highly recommend Stow Away Baker to anyone looking for the perfect baker for your wedding or just in the mood for a sweet treat!

Lisa had done several custom orders for me. The baked goods are spectacular - beautiful AND delicious! Every time I arrive at an event with her baked goods, they are heralded!! But I must say that my favorite items have been the cookie decorating kits that she has put together for my special education classes over the years. The kids are always so excited to make these special cookies, and Lisa always included ample supplies so that every child had whatever they wanted to decorate their cookies. We are so very lucky to have her available to us in Western Maine!

Lisa makes the best pasty, cakes, cookies...an more. Can't forget her maccarons so full of flavor color feels like your in pairs. All goodies made from scratch, handmade with lots if love. If u haven't ordered from her your missing out!!! Please try The Stow Away Baker you won't be upset.

I loved the Stow Away Baker! Not only do I love that im supporting local but she has the best baked goods! she always has cocoa bombs or cookie kits for whatever holiday is coming and its great for kids! Also she has so much variety! Can't wait to order again!

This bakery is defineatly a lovely neighbor to have! Located where theres absolutely nothing, good prices, honor system bakery stand on weekends.... kind people great location for anyone camping or living in the middle of nowhere in stow maine! Support your local bakery and be a kind neighbor by buying their baked goods!!

I had a hard time finding Macrons that I thought were delish! After trying many places, these melted in my mouth! Absolutely amazing!! Can’t wait to get more!
