So here you go our other review on the other restaurant that we decided to have lunch at March 2 on a Saturday in Waynesville North Carolina this is a nice gem to find. because me and my wife will be visiting Ireland this May, so stay tuned for that one we started off with a couple of craft brews, Irish of course we had appetizer we shared the Codels soup oh my goodness that was to die, for my wife said a little peppery, but I enjoyed it. My wife ordered the shepherds pie and I opted for fish and chips with the fish and chips. They have three different fish options as far as how many pieces one two or three I opted for the three-piece so we were splitting that and we split the shepherds pie too. This meal was so enjoyable, so wonderful and if this is what we’re looking for when we actually go to Ireland, we’re anticipating much better taste but you can’t beat this for a small little town in Waynesville North Carolina. I highly recommend this place, if you don’t try it when you’re in the area shame on you and this place has an Italian restaurant called Angelo’s which we’re gonna go back and try their food and do a review on that in the upcoming weekends I do have some video and pictures of the food and the bar

Great food, superb cocktails, wonderful atmosphere. I love the place. Even though it is a 40-minute drive from home, I go back as often as I can. Highly recommend!!

Visited this place on a ski trip. Proper pub. Wife had the fish and chips and they were delicious. I got the Reuben sandwich and that was great too.

We had a wonderful time at the Scotsman Public House, a cozy and authentic Celtic pub in the heart of Waynesville. The food was delicious, especially the shepherd's pie and the fisn & chips. The drinks were plentiful, with a great selection of beers, wines, and liquors. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was lively and fun. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good eats, good drinks, and good times. The Scotsman Public House is a gem in the mountains of North Carolina.
