Update: My new go-to, Maple concrete or a Peanut butter milkshake with a dollop of hot fudge on top! Love this friendly homey treat shop! Always remember, cash or check only, no cards! Today I tried the Golden Retriever with extra pecans. So delicious! You can't go wrong here, specialty hot dogs (there is a hamburger hdden in the menu too) and custard ice cream treats with so many 'fixins'! Such a fun lunch or dinner or snack place! Man, this is custard in Arkansas and possibly the best dessert in the area as well. Haven’t had the hotdogs but the custard is incredible and the amount of combinations from toppings, syrups, and other things are extensive. Orders also come out super fast. They only take cash or check so you know it’s legit. We live in Conway and will drive to North Little Rock just for Scoop Dogs. I purchased The Wild Hog Sundae. The vanilla custard was so smooth it would have been fine by itself. Cashews and strawberries were a bonus along with the fudge. The staff wished me a Merry Christmas which made my experience even that much better. The building looked like it had been around a while which I find is a positive thing. It survived the test of time and the business survived COVID-19. I would visit here again.
